As our products consist primarily of digital downloads and personalized digital services, please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once files have been delivered or downloaded.

Personalized Services

Many of our products are individually prepared and personalized specifically for you, including demon rituals, demon attunements, infernal pacts, spirit companion services, readings, certificates, guidebooks, ritual transmissions, and other bespoke ceremonial materials.

Because these services are created specifically for the purchaser, they cannot be returned or resold once work has begun.

For this reason, refunds cannot be provided once preparation of your personalized order has commenced.

Before Work Begins

If you wish to cancel your order before work has begun, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where preparation has not yet started, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive the wrong files, experience delivery problems, or believe your order is incomplete, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We will investigate promptly and, where appropriate, replace or resend the affected materials.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
