Personalised ceremonial operations are completed and delivered within 12 business hours.

Our normal business hours are:

Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (United Kingdom Time)

Orders placed outside these hours, during weekends, or on public holidays will be prepared as soon as business hours resume.

Where a product page states a different delivery timeframe, the timeframe shown on that product page will always take precedence.
